Introduce your company!


This Girl Walks Into a Bar, LLC is a boutique bartending service specializing in outstanding customer service and high-level mixology. Established by sisters Jordan Catapano and Jocelyn Dunn in 2010, this female founded and operated business provides white-glove service to events both large and small, ranging from intimate dinner parties to thousand-person galas.


What is your mission as a company?


Our mission is to provide the friendliest, most professional, and highest skilled bartenders for private parties and corporate events.

Our Co-CEOs are sisters Jordan Catapano and Jocelyn Dunn. Morgaine Wasserman is the California Senior Manager, Kim Hoffa is manager of HR, AnnaClare Hicks is the Director of Events and Operations in Texas, and Michaela Grandjacquet is the Director of Events and Operations in Florida.

Why are you proud to be a women-led company?


We are proud to have had the opportunity to build a company from scratch and to be employers of an all-female team.


What benefits have you experienced being a women led business?


Our clients base is 80% women. Women are hiring us for many reasons including that feel more comfortable with a female bartender being in their home, they like the idea of supporting a female-owned business, and they know that women business owners put 100% into everything they do.


In what ways other than gender equity do you think your company is making the world a better place?


We are proud contributors to the Point Foundation, OneKid OneWorld, Apiary for Practical Support, the Susan G. Kamen Foundation, and the Breast Cancer Angels,
