Introduce your company!

Bonks is the only pair of pre-washed, one-size, edgeless undies for emergency, someday or everyday. Our undies and packaging are completely reusable and boast a laser-cut, no-show silhouette. Whether it's a breakthrough bleed, lost luggage, a long day or a late night, Bonks has your back... and your front!

What is your mission as a company?

Our mission is to change the way you wear the most worn item in your dresser: your undies. More specifically, we want you to CHANGE your undies...often! If you lead an active lifestyle, OB's recommend you change your underwear at least once a day. Funky undies lead to funky flora and that doesn't smell too rosy. We created Bonks to ensure you are literally always covered.

Introduce us to your team.

Hi, I'm Ali, founder of Bonks. A few years ago I was on a trip with my mom to a remote part of Latin America and our luggage was lost in transit. Upon my complaining about how I wouldn't have undies before we embarked on a multi-day hike, my mom pulls out a pair of crumpled up thongs in a ziplock bag. LIGHTBULB MOMENT! As a career womens apparel designer I created Bonks with industry knowledge and a whole lotta love for your hoo-ha.

Why are you proud to be a women-led company?

Because I want to be a role model to my two young kids and teach them that with some innovation and hustle, they can build something to be proud of too.

What benefits have you experienced being a woman-led company?

The biggest benefit has been meeting some truly amazing female entrepreneurs along the way. I've received such great feedback, contacts and recommendations from networking with these women and it has been equal parts inspiring and invaluable.

In what ways other than gender equity do you think your company is making the world a better place?

Our main goal is to offer a helpful and happy service. An unexpected period, incontinence, swass or lost luggage is no laughing matter; but that doesn't mean your underwear has to be.
